Good Chance Popiah      

Three Generations Founder – Mr Hou Shen Hu

Born in Fu Jian, China. Mr Hou, already 98 years old , used to be a reporter during his younger days. Due to his excellent basketball skills, he was also the Coach for Singapore National Baskeball Team.

After Mr Hou retired,  he created ‘Good Chance Popiah Eating House’ in 1977.  Popiah(Spring Roll) is a traditional dish from Xia Men, Fu Jian. His culinary skills and recipe were passed down by his parents, a tradition in the family. He had been running the business for decades until 88 years old,

when his 3rd generation – Ah Boy(Grandson) began to take over .

From there,

 the legend of Ah Boy Begins!!!
